Shogun Panels Warranty Policy

At Shogun Panels, we offer a warranty across different product lines to ensure customer satisfaction and product longevity. Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing but excludes certain damages as outlined below.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Exterior Panels:

   • Alpha Series: 15-year warranty against color fading and delamination.

   • Sigma Series: 10-year warranty against color fading and delamination.

2. Interior Panels:

   • 2-year warranty for defects in manufacturing, including delamination and surface finish issues under normal conditions.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.).

• Physical damage caused during installation, mishandling, or intentional damage.

• Damage caused by exposure to harmful chemicals or inappropriate cleaning agents.

Freight Charges:

• Freight charges are applicable and are not covered under the warranty.

Claim Process:

To file a claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, photographic evidence of the defect, and a detailed description of the issue to support@shogunpanels.com or contact our customer service at +91-XXXXXXXXXX.
